1. Scope of Application

2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1. A contract between the Provider and the customer is concluded as soon as the customer accepts the Provider’s offer on the website through an explicit declaration, either by clicking an appropriate button (“Order with costs,” “Book now,” or similar formulations) or through written acceptance via email.
2.2. The conclusion of the contract is confirmed by a confirmation email from the Provider.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1. The prices indicated on the website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory VAT, unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Payment is made by bank transfer or through other payment methods offered on the platform and is due immediately after the contract is concluded, unless a later due date has been agreed upon by the parties.

4. Liability
The Provider is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damages typical of the contract. Further liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

5. Contract Duration and Termination
5.1. Subscription contracts are concluded for a period of one year unless otherwise agreed.
5.2. Subscription contracts are automatically renewed for another year unless terminated in writing at least one month before the end of the contract term.
5.3. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
5.4. Terminations must be made in writing, for example, via email.

6. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has no right of withdrawal.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
7.1. The legal relationship between the Provider and the customer is governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the conflict of law rules of international private law.
7.2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the Provider’s place of business.

8. Final Provisions
The Provider reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions. The applicable terms are those currently published on the website.
